Menu Plan Monday (April 27)

This week we are trying to get back into clean eating. We have been doing pretty good when we actually make the meals that I plan every week, but lately we have been slacking. So we have eaten a LOT of fast crap food. Here's our week!

B- Eggs, black beans & spinach
L- Avocado chicken salad
D- Grilled chicken, sweet potatoes & black beans
Snacks- apples and almonds, cucumbers and hummus

B- Eggs, black beans & spinach or apple cinnamon oatmeal
L- Leftovers
D- Turkey Burgers with lettuce wraps
Snacks- Strawberries and yogurt, two boiled eggs and a rice cake

B- Eggs, beans, salsa
L- Leftovers
D- One Pot Mexican Quinoa
Snacks: Apples and almond butter, cucumbers and hummus

B- Turkey, onion, green pepper, eggs and salsa
L- Leftovers
D- Quinoa and bean tacos
Snacks- Berries and yogurt and apple, rice cake with almond butter and banana

B- Yogurt and berries and eggs
L- Leftovers
D- Steak peppers and onions with green beans
Snacks- two boiled eggs and apple, rice cake with almond butter and banana

B- Coconut flour pancakes
L- Leftovers
D- Grilled Chicken Wraps
Snacks- Salsa Boats, boiled eggs and hummus

B- Eggs, salsa, onions, spinach
L- Leftovers
D- Pork chops
Snacks- Yogurt and berries, cucumbers and hummus

  1. I need to corporate these ideas into my meal plan. My clothes are getting too snug...too many mashed potatoes!

  2. I would totally eat like this if I didn't have to cook seems like this is actually pretty easy stuff to make though!....Maybe I just need a kick in the pants!
