Hot Body Year Round: Blogilates Book Review

Hey everyone! Last week, Cassey Ho (creator of blogilates.com) came out with her first ever book. I found this gem on a review site that I am a part of, and I decided to give it a try. Having never heard of blogilates, I didn't realize just how amazing this book would be.

It's filled with great tips for working out, including FULL workouts, FULL meal plans, FULL recipes. This book really has some amazing things in it. Everything is customized for the season you're in too. I think this was a really fun book to make happen. It's so beautiful too, most of the pages have watercolor as the background. I'm very impressed and very happy with the decision to get this book. :)

We have been trying to eat clean lately, and go to the gym and just be better people for our children and this book definitely helps. It comes with a list for every season of the vegetables that are in season, and a personal note from Cassey to help motivate you.

Have you tried her workouts yet? You really, really should. She's very motivational and she really makes you feel like you can do it. Since receiving this book last week, I've lost a few pounds, gotten off my tush and worked out, planned some great meals, AND made some better food decisions. We had green beans last week with dinner because they were in season. Thanks Cassey. :)

I think if you are someone who wants to work out, or someone who wants to be healthier, you need to check out this book, and you need to check out this girl's web site. You will not regret it at all. She's absolutely amazing. She was actually trending on Facebook last week with a video about obtaining the "perfect body" and squishing haters for the week. She is pretty fantastic. You should really look into this book!
