Meal Plan Monday! May 4 + What Veggies Are in Season!

We're going to repeat a few meals from last week because we just didn't have the time to make them. Thanks for stopping by!

B- Eggs, black beans & spinach
L- Avocado chicken salad
D- Chicken nuggets, sweet potatoes & black beans
Snacks- apples and almonds, cucumbers and hummus

B- Eggs, black beans & spinach or apple cinnamon oatmeal
L- Leftovers
D- Quinoa mac and cheese
Snacks- Strawberries and yogurt, two boiled eggs and a rice cake

B- Eggs, beans, salsa
L- Leftovers
D- Cream cheese taquitos and peas and red potatoes
Snacks: Apples and almond butter, cucumbers and hummus

B- Turkey, onion, green pepper, eggs and salsa
L- Leftovers
D- Grilled pork chops with basil rub, sweet potatoes, broccoli
Snacks- Berries and yogurt and apple, rice cake with almond butter and banana

B- Yogurt and berries and eggs
L- Leftovers
D- Steak peppers and onions with green beans
Snacks- two boiled eggs and apple, rice cake with almond butter and banana

B- Coconut flour pancakes
L- Leftovers
D- Grilled Chicken Wraps
Snacks- Salsa Boats, boiled eggs and hummus

B- Eggs, salsa, onions, spinach
L- Leftovers
D- Garlic Baked Chicken
Snacks- Yogurt and berries, cucumbers and hummus

Some in season fruits and vegetables this month (aka what's on sale):
-green beans

We're definitely going to be taking advantage of the veggie sales happening this week.  And getting some more sunflower seeds to make these delicious superfood cookies for my daughter, since she loved them so much. :)
 We'll also be making some superfood cookies for my daughter!
