The Worrier’s Guide to Life by Gemma Correll

This is a really silly delightful book full of page span comics. It gave me a big laugh about how obnoxiously serious I am in unnecessary times. My personal favorite was the comic of what you actually look like when you work out. She takes the anxiety that most of us deal with on a day to day basis and makes it funny. This is a great book for when you need to lighten up from a terrible day full of being down on yourself. Or definitely get this as a birthday present for major birthday years like 25, 30 . . . 40.
